Our expertise ranges from building design to city blocks, and we carry out detailed analysis using state-of-the-art analytical software and tools that have been developed to ensure the integration of environmental, socio-economic, cultural, health and engineering aspects within the design process.
From the outset, we work inside 3D model that to develop sustainable strategies that provide design guidance improve the environmental, economic and social performance of each project.
Thanks to new technologies such as BIM modeling, we design buildings focus on comfort, reliability and serviceability. Rigorous analysis in BIM technology helps our ability to specify systems which respond to the context and needs of users. And also we reducing energy consumption and reduce volume construction materials.
All projects designed responding global climate variations. We integrate sustainable solutions such as: water recycling, rainwater harvesting, metering, interception and audited flow control systems.
By adopting advanced design tools and new technologies, we maintain a constant commitment to innovation.
